Rescheduling Policy
Sometimes cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are unavoidable. However, a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment makes it difficult for us to fill that time slot with a client waiting on our cancellation list. This results in a loss of revenue and is financially damaging to our practitioners and the business. Please be respectful of this and, if your appointment needs to be changed, please give us 24 hours notice so we have time to get in a client who has been waiting.
Please note, appointment changes within 24 hours notice will be responsible for the full-service fee. Missed sessions or “no shows” are also responsible for the full-service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
