Beth Madden opened Therapeutic Bodywork in 2004 as a sole proprietor offering Massage Therapy services in a single office. In the 14 years since then, she has grown her business from a one-woman shop to a booming Wellness Center offering numerous holistic wellness services + employing 11 practitioners. In this episode, Beth shares how she grew slowly + thoughtfully and gives insight into the many lessons-learned and growing pains-encountered along the way.
